They are looking for Customer Advisors to join their team in their Havant office.

Customer Communication Advisor
Havant, PO9
£14.02 per hour
37-hour week (between the hours of Mon-Fri 08.00-22.00, Sat 08.00-17.00)
Start Date: ASAP
Provisional End Date: 30/04/2025 (extension possible after the initial 8 months)

Office based role: Please note this is an office based role, with 5 days worked per week (across Mon-Sat, hours stated above).

Our Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication with our customers regarding planned power outages. This position requires proactive customer contact, providing up-to-date information, and ensuring excellent service delivery. We seek individuals with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Customer Contact: Initiate communication with customers about planned power outages, providing timely and accurate information.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify Vulnerable Customers: Recognise vulnerabilities during customer interactions and confidently discuss available support services.
Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery.
Flexibility and Support: Be available to support during bad weather conditions and flexible with working hours.

Qualifications and Skills

* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Confidence in discussing vulnerabilities and support options with customers.
* Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and office staff.
* Flexibility to work and provide support during adverse weather conditions.
