Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manifesto
Blue Arrow leads by example in creating meaningful, positive change within our industry by prioritising equity, diversity, and inclusion in all we do as an organisation.

Our Strategy
To fulfil our ambitious manifesto, we have adopted a strategy to foster a sense of belonging. We have implemented policies, initiatives, and practices to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout our organisation and corporate supply chain, all intended to cultivate a sense of belonging.

Our People
We support our people to be their best through a diverse and inclusive people culture. Helping our people to achieve their happiest and healthiest work lives means that our people positively impact the lives of the many thousands of job seekers and hiring managers they come in contact with.
We've made significant progress in the following areas:
- Collection and reporting of diversity data.
- Delivering diversity and inclusion training.
- Prioritising mental health matters through our partnership with Mental Health in Recruitment.
- Members of the Mental Health at Work Commitment and proud ambassadors of the framework.
- Creating safe spaces and channels for our employees' voices to be heard and to discuss a wide range of EDI topics.
- Established an employee-led network of EDI Champions called the 'IDEALS Network'.
