Contract: 12 months temp (extension likely)

Hybrid role: Please note this is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office. These office days are mandatory.

What is the role?

We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team where you will provide high quality support to an Offshore Wind Project, ensuring our project has the necessary administration support to work as efficiently as possible.


As part of your role, you will:

* Carry out all aspects of administration duties, including assisting team members in tasks relating to scheduling regular meetings and record minutes/actions for key project meetings where required.
* You will work effectively and efficiently to help the project team with preparing documentation.
* Assist with any planning needed and necessary scheduling to ensure these tasks are carried out smoothly.


What do I need?

* A strong focus on customer service, you should be flexible and adapt well to working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Experience with Accounts processing/Financial Admin experience (desirable).
* You'll be a great team worker and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience and confidence in the use Microsoft Excel (demonstrable with working experience).
* Strong attention to detail.
* High set of Administrative Skills including all the Microsoft packages. A flair for picking up new IT systems and software would be advantageous.
* Ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload.
* Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plan own and others' time.
* Strong written and verbal skills.
