Job Opportunity: HR Administrator/Assistant
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Pay Range: £12.32 - £14.74 per hour
Contract Duration: Starting 12th August for 4 weeks

About the Role:
Blue Arrow is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Assistant to join our esteemed Public Sector client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR and eager to make a positive impact within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a proactive, professional, and timely HR administration service, supporting HR Managers, Advisers, and Officers as needed.
2. Provide comprehensive administrative and system support across all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, probation reviews, attendance management, maternity leave, capability assessments, and disciplinary and grievance processes.
3. Maintain and update the HR System with accuracy, including data entry, report generation, and data retrieval.
4. Effectively manage your workload alongside other HR Assistants to ensure timely completion of all scheduled tasks.
5. Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all information produced and processed.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and possess excellent organizational skills. A keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential.
