Care home Chef's - Matlock

At Blue Arrow in Brentwood we are currently looking for a Food Prep Assistant to join our client based in Barking. Our client supplies hotels, banqueting venues and event caterers with freshly prepared vegetables, fruit salads and juices. The job role will involve chopping veg to a high standard , consistency and uniformity is key. Previous experience in chef/kitchen assistant work would be applicable. You would need to have a keen eye for details to ensure that the highest standard of food is being sent out. The shifts would rage from Monday - Sunday. The shift times are 9am - 6pm. You will not be required to work Saturdays but must be available for Sundays and Tuesdays every week. You will have the option to either have 2 days off per week or work 6 days with having Saturday off. If you are a good fit and get on well there will be the opportunity to go perm after 12 weeks.
