Our job finding services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that candidates can register – including upload their CV and compliance documents, at their convenience. Interviews
Interviews
Our interviews are conducted in a way that best suits your business, the role, and the candidate. These can range from face-to-face interviews conducted by Blue Arrow staff, or arranged on behalf of your business, to recorded interviews that are available for you to preview. Each interview is tailored to the sector and role, with personality, attitude and values taken into consideration to ensure we hire permanent staff who are excited to join your company.

Where appropriate, we have the capability to perform assessment checks during the hiring process. These can be done either through an online assessment or as part of a competency-based interview process.
