4 DAYS ON & 3 DAYS OFF!

📍 Somerset countryside location
⏰ Full-time - mix of breakfast, lunch & dinner service
💰 £32,000 per annum + generous tronc & standout perks

👨‍🍳 Your Role:

• Run your section with confidence
• Support junior chefs and share your knowledge
• Craft dishes using estate-grown and locally sourced produce
• Maintain high standards across prep, service and hygiene
• Contribute ideas to a menu that evolves with the seasons

• An experienced CDP ready to step up and lead their section
• Passionate about seasonal, local produce and elegant presentation
• Calm under pressure with a sense of humour, detail-focused and organised
• A natural team player with a hunger to grow and learn
• A full UK driving license (essential due to rural location)
