⏰ Full-time - varied shifts across breakfast, lunch & dinner service

Your Role:

  • Assisting senior chefs with prep and cooking
  • Rotating across sections to build your skills
  • Working with garden-fresh produce and fine ingredients
  • Keeping your section clean, tidy, and organised
  • Contributing to an ambitious, creative kitchen team

Who we're looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen interest in food and kitchen work
  • Wants to learn, grow and take their chef career seriously
  • Brings great energy & humour but has attention to detail
  • Can work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Is reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
  • Holds a full UK driving license - this is essential due to the location
