Job Title: Fish Processor

Location: Dingwall, Highland, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time/ Temporary Contract

Pay Rate: £13.60ph - £14.10ph.
Shift Start Time: 1800 (Nightshift)
Weekly Hours: 35- 45 depending on work load
Days of Work: Monday - Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient fish processor to work for our client and join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, cleaning, and packaging fish products to ensure high quality and standards.

Responsibilities:

Sort, clean, and process fish according to company standards.
Operate machinery and equipment used in fish processing.
Inspect fish for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Package fish products for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience in fish processing preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
