Project Coordinator

Location: Livingston

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break)

Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Livingston. This role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Manage orders on external portals efficiently.
First Line Support: Provide first line support to customers and contractors, addressing and logging issues onto the CRM system.
Inbox Management: Oversee and manage multiple inboxes.
Project Coordination: Ensure projects are updated and completed within the designated timescales.
Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about lead times and project progress.
Subcontractor Liaison: Coordinate with subcontractors and manage related tasks.
Contract Management: Write up contracts using DocuSign.
Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Excel, Access, and databases.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new portals and systems.
Training: Comprehensive training on other portals will be provided.
