Front of House Bar Supervisor

We are looking for a Front of House Bar Supervisor to support the Manager in leading our bar and front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

The Role

As Front of House Bar Supervisor, you will:

· Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

· Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

· Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.

· Support the management team with event preparation and service.


About You

We're looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience in a bar or front-of-house supervisory role.

· Is confident in leading a team and setting a high standard of service.

· Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
