About Us:
We pride ourselves on creating delicious, high-quality meals that bring people together.

Hours: 6am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday (The site is open nights and weekends so you may be required to work these occasionally)

Salary: £40k

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
• Plan and prepare innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage stock, budgeting, and supplier relationships effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the culinary industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Passionate, creative, and customer-focused.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
