Blue Arrow is proud to offer a fantastic opportunity as a full time production operative in North Derbyshire. This is temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate. Due to the location and shift timings, you must have access to your own transport to be able to get to and from the location or live locally.

Monday - Thursday 1pm-9pm
Fridays 9am-5pm

About the role
The role will require you to work in their finishing touches room looking for defects with any products made. You will be sat down for the majority of your shift but must have a keen eye for detail. The role can be extremely repetitive.

We are looking for someone who is good at spotting mistakes, solving problems and maintaining a high quality of work throughout their shift. If your qualities include attention to detail reliability, dependability and a good productivity rate, then you could be the perfect fit in the position.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once you are fully registered with us we will be taking groups of people out for a tour of the site, this will also you to have a full understanding of the environment you will be working in.

As a production operative you will be/have:

* Physically fit and able to work on your feet for most of the shift; if loading, ability to meet the physical demands of the job. The individual will need the ability to move around with ease, while at times lifting and carrying items potentially weighing up to 30kg
* Practical and organised with a methodical approach to work
* Awareness and ability to follow safety instructions and procedures
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
