Blue Arrow have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their busy team based in Aberdeen on a temporary basis. During this role you will be supervising the projects that are currently underway. You will also meet the demands of production, profitability, safety, quality and to manage all sub-contractors to ensure that pre-set completion targets are met. The successful candidate will also promote a positive working relationship between the project team and the client representatives. Duties will include: * Liaise with the company's Project Quantity Surveyor. Manage customer, clients and design team. * Develop Method Statements and Risk Assessments together with the Safety Plan and to observe the requirement of the CDM Regulations in the status of Principle Contractor * Provide Leadership and support to Site Supervisors, management Trainees, and support staff * Source labour and maintain high productivity * Expedite materials and information release from the design team * Day to day planning of operations and problem solving * Check and correct time sheets and allocation sheets * Comply with the requirement of the company's Quality Procedure, Monitoring, Implementing &amp; Recording * Attend meetings as required at the site and area offices * Prepare reports for site meetings with the design team * Report contractual risk situations to your manager * Supervise the quality of the work and hand over a snag free building * All other duties as assigned to effectively carry out your role. Site Manager

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an experienced Printer/Finisher to join our clients team based in Aberdeen on a full time temporary basis. The ideal candidate will work well on their own initiative as part of a team to help produce high quality products, be technically adept with experience working with paper, ink and print as well as finishing equipment. The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a calm approach to overcome production issues is also desirable. Main Duties * Operate two colour lithographic offset printing press * Operate Roland and HP large format printers * Operation of high-volume colour and mono digital printing devices * Laise daily with the print supervisor of any production issues or or problems along with ensuring adequate stocks are maintained. * Manage workload ensuring priority jobs are completed to deadlines stated. * General cleaning &amp; Maintenance of machinery * Hand finishing work * Working in accordance with Health and Safety and environmental guidelines. * Carry out such other related duties as assigned. Experience * Previous experience working with a busy litho or digital print environment producing high quality litho/digital/large format print. * Experience of binding and finishing work using machinery such as guillotines, booklet markers, collators, folders, laminators and foilers. Printer/Finisher

Our client is currently recruiting for a Assistant Stores Person. Based in Aberdeen, the role is temporary to permanent with full time hours. As a Assistant Stores Person you will be demonstrating good health and safety practices in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and be focused on the tasks required. It will be the responsibility of all staff to ensure good housekeeping within the depot and ensure it is maintained at all times. You will be required to use a handheld device for goods in / out, and be involved with conducting stock checks and any other requirements deemed within the candidates capabilities. This role will include manual handling and heavy lifting between 20 to 25kg. Requirements Full Clean Driving License to travel between warehouses as required. The right to work in the UK Previous experience in a warehouse is desired however not essential as full training will be provided. Assistant Stores Person

Responsible for collecting waste and recycling from homes. Key tasks involved in this role: * Move black bags, wheelie bins, and recycling bins/boxes. * Use lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the collection vehicle. * Sort recyclable materials at the kerbside. * Guide the driver safely around the streets. * Report any problems with waste collections. * Help unload the waste at designated facilities We have immediate starts available, this role is based in Aberdeen with ongoing full time hours.
