Chef de Partie- Boutique Hotel -Brockenhurst - £14.62 p/h

Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our Country House Hotel ideally situated in this beautiful area. The Hotel boasts a Rosette restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year.

The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. This company offers fantastic facilities and excellent career opportunities to progress.

Key Information:
* Salary: £14.62 per hour including tips/service charge, 48 hour contract so overall package of £36k
* Hours: 5/7 days - mixed shifts
* Location: Brockenhurst

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie
* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
* To comply with the hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations
* To supervise and motivate the team when required
* To monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef de Partie
* Previous experience as CDP - ideally at least 1 Rosette standard
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
