Contracts Manager

Blue Arrow are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our client based in Nottingham on a full time, 4 month FTC basis.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am - 5pm HYBRID WORKING (4 days at home 1 day in office)
Pay: £18.26

The Job Role
- Managing public health contracts, including monitoring performance, analysing monitoring data, producing and distributing performance reports as required and supporting providers with service development.

- Collating contracts and contract variations from information provided, arranging/sending contracts and variations for signing, tracking activity and filing documents electronically.

- Arranging quarterly performance meetings, taking meeting notes and sharing with participants.

- Manage and responding to queries, formal and informal complaints, enquiries from senior colleagues, and Freedom of Information Requests, ensuring they are appropriately recorded, and relevant legislation is adhered to.

- Working with Public Health colleagues, Procurement, Legal and Payments colleagues, and service providers.

- First point of contact for service provider queries.

Experience/Requirements
- Experience of contract management and understanding performance data preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams required. Public health experience not essential.
