Due to an increase in demand of our services, we require administration support, to allow us to continue to deliver great service to our clients &amp; employees. Day to day duties * Answering &amp; dealing with inbound calls from companies &amp; job seekers * Pre screening &amp; interview candidates * Conducting proof of right to work &amp; compliance checks * Sending out relevant tests &amp; recording results on our CRM system * Potentially conducting site tours * Managing the branch email inbox * Responding to references requests * Obtaining &amp; chasing references * Searching for workers on various job boards * Creating job adverts * Promoting job opportunities on social media What Experience / skills do you need to have / What to expect * Strong administrative experience of ideally at least 1 year * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent computer competency * Ideally of used a CRM system previously * Ability to multi task * Work at a fast pace &amp; be adaptable to every changing situations * Great communicator verbally &amp; written * Work well under pressure, we often need staff in large numbers and at short notice This role will be hybrid with 2 days in office in Derby , with potential for further days at our Belper office, and once trained home working for up to 2 days.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.

Van Driver with ratchet strapping experience required for a temporary assignment in the Heanor area. 07:00am starts, usually finishing around 16:00 / 17:00 From £11.44ph The role and what to expect: Multi - drop deliveries using a flat - bed van (amount of drops vary, you could do a few longer distance but other days may do multiple local) Being a great representative of the company - in front of customers!
