Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Working from Home
Contract: 31/03/2025 - 26/06/2025 (Possible temporary to permanent for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour (Pay rate will rise in April)
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Shifts include: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:15 AM - 5:15 PM, and 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Flexibility required across all shifts
Training:
Equipment delivery and setup/welcome calls within two weeks of assignment start date
6-7 weeks of training during normal shift hours, fully remote
Initial 3 weeks of knowledge training with one trainer for the whole group
Followed by smaller group sessions for on-the-job training and managing calls
Selection Process:
Screen call
Microsoft Teams interview
Pre-employment checks
Role Information:
Manage multiple pension schemes (e.g., M&S, AXA, Atlas Pensions)
In-depth training provided on your dedicated account
Handle a wide range of queries within agreed service levels
Take a high volume of inbound calls from members and their beneficiaries
Working Environment:
All equipment provided
Must have a reliable and private internet connection
Access to a private workspace with a suitable chair and desk
All internal training and meetings will be camera-on
Skills Required:
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
Excellent listening and confident communication skills
Ability to resolve customer enquiries effectively
Ensure every customer feels reassured and receives a personalized, premium service
