Forklift Driver Reach/CounterBalance

Blue Arrow Recruitment are seeking a FLT Counterbalance/Reach Licence holders to join our client based in Portsmouth Docks. Specialists in Port Operations and goods to the UK domestic islands our clients are keen to have 2 new members join our team. The successful candidate must be prepared to have an immediate licence check and check on the Forklift licences.
Previous warehouse experience would be desirable and a flexible work ethic to adapt to the various duties required. Must have a driving licence as you will be asked to deliver products on occasion to different warehousing locations in the Docks. You must be highly motivated and organised. Sociable and able to work unsupervised.

Duties:

• Operating a Counterbalance or Reach Forklift in a Port Environment.
• Picking and Packing company products.
• Stock taking.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Delivering products to Warehouses.
• General facilities housekeeping.
• Ad-hoc duties that facilitate the safe and efficient running of the company and warehouse department.
• Driving Licence UK Class B Relief driver duties as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

• A current counterbalance or articulated forklift licence required
• Full driving licence with no more than 3 points
• IT literate
• Willing to complete professional development courses that benefit the company and job role
• Need to be physically fit

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
