Due to an increase in demand of our services, we require administration support, to allow us to continue to deliver great service to our clients &amp; employees. Day to day duties * Answering &amp; dealing with inbound calls from companies &amp; job seekers * Pre screening &amp; interview candidates * Conducting proof of right to work &amp; compliance checks * Sending out relevant tests &amp; recording results on our CRM system * Potentially conducting site tours * Managing the branch email inbox * Responding to references requests * Obtaining &amp; chasing references * Searching for workers on various job boards * Creating job adverts * Promoting job opportunities on social media What Experience / skills do you need to have / What to expect * Strong administrative experience of ideally at least 1 year * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent computer competency * Ideally of used a CRM system previously * Ability to multi task * Work at a fast pace &amp; be adaptable to every changing situations * Great communicator verbally &amp; written * Work well under pressure, we often need staff in large numbers and at short notice This role will be hybrid with 2 days in office in Derby , with potential for further days at our Belper office, and once trained home working for up to 2 days.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.

Van Driver with ratchet strapping experience required for a temporary assignment in the Heanor area. 07:00am starts, usually finishing around 16:00 / 17:00 From £11.44ph The role and what to expect: Multi - drop deliveries using a flat - bed van (amount of drops vary, you could do a few longer distance but other days may do multiple local) Being a great representative of the company - in front of customers! HGV 2 - Store deliveries *Immediate assessments available * 3 months minimum driving experience required Location - Nottingham Exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our National client, this will be ongoing work. Pay Rates Monday to Friday- £15:00 PH Saturdays - £17.00 PH Sunday &amp; BH - £18.00 Shifts start at 03:00 am The work requires you to load and unload the bread trays at base and on deliveries at customers. They partner with leading names in the building industry, delivering products throughout the UK. The vehicles are flat bed trailers so experience in strapping loads would be advantageous. Location: Burton - DE15 Must haves: - 3 x Months minimum HGV experience - Over 25 for Insurance - In date CPC. Digicard &amp; UK Licence Rates £13.50 PH (guaranteed 55 hrs.
