Technical Advisor

Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with the global market leader in central heating units and they are looking to recruit 6 Technical Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: Working 39.5 hours a week : Shifts inbetween these working hours - Monday - Friday : 8am - 6pm Saturday 9am - 12pm

. Please note the hours stipulated in the contracts cover from 7am - 9pm Monday to Sunday to allow us flexibility should we ever find ourselves in a position where we need to extend our working hours.

Salary: Competitive - Plus bonus up to £1,500

What will you be doing in the Technical Advisor role:

* Working as part of the Vaillant Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
* Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
* Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
* You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
* You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI's.


Previous experience and requirements:

* A passion for customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of our customers.
* A good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
* You are computer literate having previous experience using all Microsoft applications and you have a good understanding of Salesforce.
* Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
* We would prefer you to have knowledge of our products; however, we do provide full product training to all members of our team.
