Chef required at a beautiful residential training site in Birmingham to assist in running the busy kitchen. From a hearty breakfast to a delicious lunch and dinner, a normal day will involve producing everything for our students and staff, with a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail.

duties will include cooking for 35-40 people daily in a family style menu

working under the head chef and chef supervisors to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. the site also holds functions up to 4 times per month where you can be expected to cater for up to 100 guests

helping to serve the food and clear down the dining hall is expected.

40 hours a week for 36 weeks of the year (term time)

Evening and weekends

Pay £13.50 weekday - £17.50 weekends
