The Job - Procurement Management: Source and procure raw materials and finished goods, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. - Stock Control: Manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock issues while maintaining financial stock targets. - Product Listings &amp; Information: Maintain accurate product listings and provide essential product information to customers. - Transport Coordination: Arrange transportation for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely deliveries. - Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation: Develop and manage BOMs for new and existing products. - Supplier &amp; Customer Communication: Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. - System Management: Use stock control software to manage inventory, track shipments, and update records. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost savings. Experience/Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supply chain, procurement, or stock control role. - Strong computer literacy, with experience using stock control software and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GMail). - Understanding of stock control processes and inventory management. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Supply Chain Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their lively HR team, based in their centrally located Nottingham Head Office. As HR Officer you will operate in a generalist role, providing end to end support across the employee life cycle. This is a truly varied role which combines operational HR case management with all aspects of recruitment including on-boarding and the opportunity to work on various strategic projects.
